Mallorca Residencia offers turnkey, volume controlled property management services for rental and private homes. We have over 10 years property management experience on the island. Our ability, experience and in-house resources allow Mallorca Residencia to provide homeowners with the personal service and attention to detail that they require. Our services range from complete management to a one-off home clean. We will keep you regularly informed by e-mail or phone about the status of your property. What is Mallorca Residencia Membership?
Membership costs between 45 and 150 Euros/month depending on the size of your property and entitles you to the following services:
- Weekly inspection: The apartment is checked weekly for gas leaks, water leaks, etc. All doors and shutters are also checked and the fuse box is inspected. The apartment is aired.
- Mail delivery: Your mailbox is checked and emptied. Urgent post is forwarded to your permanent address or email.
- Discount of 10% on all Mallorca Residencia Property Services: As a member you are entitled to discounted prices on all services. Ask for our price list.
- Watering of plants: Watering of all interior plants is included in the membership fee.
- Owners Helpline: On your behalf Mallorca Residencia can deal with the local authorities, all utility companies (electricity, telephone, gas, etc.), insurance companies, importation of furniture, cars etc., interior and exterior decoration.
- Full concierge service, 30 minutes free every month: Rent a car, booking of plane tickets, theatre, etc. As a member, you have 30 minutes free every month of concierge services included in the membership fee.
- 24-hour Emergency Service: If the need arises Mallorca Residencia will assist with any maintenance emergency where possible, water and gas leaks, electricity failures. Time and materials will be invoiced separately.
- Preparing apartment for arrival and closing up: Preparing the apartment before arrival and closing up after departure e.g. switching on electricity, heating.
- Estimates: If anything needs fixing, our team can order a free estimate from our service providers.
- Monthly report: At the end of each month, you will receive a monthly report on the state of your property and the works done.
